Doug is the proud owner of local business Cooee 4x4 Motorhomes, a company that designs and builds offroad 4×4 motorhomes that are completely customised to a buyer’s needs and goals. Each one takes approximately 6 months to build, from initial concept to completed motorhome.
Having run the business for nearly 3 years, Doug’s main audience is retail customers looking to move from a caravan and car set up to a motorhome. His vehicles are available all across Australia for both retail and trade customers.
The Isuzu NPS is the team’s favourite base for a motorhome build. Doug says that they are “a top quality, heavy duty and 4x4 capable vehicle, perfect for touring, work and off-grid travelling.”

ISUZU’S QUEENSLAND FOOTPRINT EXPANDS.
Isuzu Australia Limited (IAL), has confirmed changes to dealer partners on the Sunshine Coast, plus an expansion with a new Isuzu Trucks dealership opening in Queensland.
Ownership of Sunshine Coast Isuzu has been transferred from Perth-based CJD Group to the Toowoomba-based Prime Truck Group.
The newly established Prime Truck Group, with common shareholdings from the well-known Western Truck Group, now stretches from the Sunshine Coast to the Wide Bay and Burnett regions.
Their expansion continues throughout the Bundaberg, Hervey Bay and Maryborough regions, with a new Isuzu Trucks dealership planned for the Fraser Coast - under the Prime Truck Group banner.
CJD Group will continue to operate Isuzu dealerships in Darwin and Alice Springs.
IAL Head of Network Development, Ella Letiagina, acknowledged the changes and noted it the Isuzu brand would be in experienced hands moving forward.
“On the Sunshine Coast, CJD have been a great partner over the past five years,” continued Ms Letiagina.
“The team’s consistency has allowed the Isuzu business to grow and build outstanding customer relationships.“ I’m sure this next phase, under the Prime Truck Group banner led by General Manager David Ohlberg, will see the operation go from strength-to-strength.
“Prime Truck Group is also enjoying strong growth and I’m pleased to confirm that Isuzu Trucks will be expanding with an all-new dealership opening shortly on the Fraser Coast.
“Given their experience with the Isuzu brand already, IAL is confident the collaboration will continue to yield excellent outcomes for all parties involved.”
